Microsoft GenAI Studio Tour (the “Events”)
This series of events is sponsored by Microsoft France (the “Sponsor”).

The aim of these Rules is to set out the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Microsoft GenAI Studio Tour. By participating in this series of events, you fully and unconditionally agree to comply with these Rules. If you do not agree with any of these Rules, do not register for these events and do not submit an entry.

1. TIMELINE

The Microsoft GenAI Studio Tour runs from September 2024 to June 2025, with multiple events held in various cities across France. These one-day events are designed to condense the key learnings from the GenAI Accelerator Program, bringing the latest insights in AI, data, and cloud technologies to regional startups.

2. AGREEING TO THE RULES

By registering and enrolling in any event of the GenAI Studio Tour, participants ("Participant" or "You") are required to accept these Rules. By doing so, you enter into a valid and enforceable contractual relationship with the Sponsor regarding your participation in the event. No employer-employee relationship is created between the Sponsor and the Participant.

Participants express their agreement by checking an online box during registration. Non-compliance with these Rules will result in immediate disqualification from the event.

3. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS

To participate in any event, your registration must be completed through the designated platform prior to the specified deadline for that event. You must create a user account, providing accurate and truthful information such as full name, email address, and company details. Any false information will lead to disqualification.

You must also accept the Rules, as well as the platform’s Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. Participation in the GenAI Studio Tour events is free and does not require any purchase or payment.
